Sadly there is no real information about the history of this cocktail. The creator is Simon Ford but that is about everything I can tell you.

This is a great drink with the combination of the coffee-flavored Kahlua and the sweet coca cola balanced with whole milk and spiked with some rum. If you want a lighter drink you can skip the white rum. Just add more milk and coca-cola, and It will still be great!
