Whiskey Ginger

The Whiskey Ginger cocktail is a whiskey-based highball drink with just 3 ingredients! Whiskey, Ginger ale, and lime. In a whiskey ginger drink, you commonly use rye whiskey. There is, however, no set rule, and you can experiment with all types. I prefer scotch whiskey in my recipe.
