Cointreau, at its 40% ABV, is the star of this cocktail! We almost use double the amount of Cointreau compared to the cachaca. This mix reverses the usual roles of the spirits for a fruit-forward cocktail you usually find where the Cointreau is only a flavor addition, not the main character.

The Upper Cut cocktail is a drink built with orange liqueur (Cointreau), cachaca, grapefruit juice, lemon juice, and angostura bitters!

Ingredients
- 45 mLOrange liqueur (Cointreau)
- 25 mLCachaca
- 15 mLGrapefruit juice
- 15 mLLemon juice
- 1dash of absinthe
~210 kcal & ~18g sugar
How to Make It
- Add all the ingredients and ice to a shaker!
- Shake cold.
- Strain into a cocktail glass.
- Serve!
