How to Make It

Add lime juice and sugar syrup into a highball glass.
Add the mint.
Crush the mint so the flavor gets out. Crush lightly! Otherwise, the cocktail becomes bitter.
Fill the glass with ice, then add rum.
Mix it.
Add champagne and garnish with a lime slice and mint.
Serve.
