A golfers drink that is said to have gained fame at Whiskey Creek Golf Course, Fort Myers, Florida. This was during the Dirty Gator Open, in which John Daly participated. It is also said that Daly was upset by the use of his name without his permission. Because of this, he formed a beverage business to sell his ready-to-drink version of the cocktail to take back this name.
