Bitter Giuseppe

A low-proof, bittersweet stirred cocktail built around Cynar, with sweet vermouth, a splash of fresh lemon juice, and orange bitters. Created by Stephen Cole in 2007, it drinks about as strong as fortified wine while delivering serious, complex flavor.
